Post Premier Rachel Notley not surprised by Alberta's downgraded credit rating
Bond rating agency DBRS downgraded Alberta's credit rating one notch from "AAA" to "AA" on Friday, one day after the government tabled a budget forecasting a $10.4-billion deficit.
