LG G4 but won't run on LTE advanced?

I'm using a G4 (h812) with bell but I'm not getting carrier aggregation AFAIK. The speeds are same as my old 150mbps max phone, and I don't see lte+ or LTE A in the menu bar. I'm in an lte advanced area but doesn't seem to make a difference
