Nexus 4 on Telus - will it get 42mps?

According to Android Central the Nexus 4 is capable of HPSA+ at 42mbs http://www.androidcentral.com/fyi-nexus-4-rocks-42-mbps I know Telus has had 42mbs phones in the past like the Galaxy SIIx, will the same bands work for the new Nexus?
