A Red Deer man says he's frustrated with Canada Post for how they handled his complaint after he received a damaged package of irreplaceable items from his sister in Ireland. The glass case was shattered, damaging the ink on photos, and ripping the ribbons from his medals accumulated over his 13-year career with the Irish Defence Forces.
