AT&T Going to sell my iphone 5...How to reactive my 4s?

I'm going to sell my iPhone 5, but I'm wondering what's the best way to go about reactivating my 4s since I can't just swap the sim cards. Do I call AT&T, and if so will they charge my some kind of fee for doing this?
