How to unBLOCK my number per call on a BB bold?

Trying to set up a blackberry bold so that it displays the phone number calling to one contact. Dialing *8219025551234 results in a recording saying "Entry is not valid, the call display feature must be activated through your handset menu" Dialing #31#19025551234 routes the call to the phone...
