Moto G4 Plus Compatibility with Bell Network? Bands 17, 29 missing

I'm thinking of picking up the Moto G4 Plus for use on Bell but it seems all LTE bands are supported except the 17 and 29 bands (700 MHz). http://www.gsmarena.com/motorola_moto_g4_plus-8050.php Should I be concerned that these bands are missing?
