No LTE on Galaxy Note i317M?

I just recently bought a locked Rogers Galaxy Note II i317M and unlocked it using cellunlocker(dot)net; however, I am not getting a LTE signal on Bell for some reason — it's always just "4G". I talked to a rep and he said that it should work since im in a LTE covered area. He also said that he...
