Post Water level in Bow River to be lowered so firefighters can deal with scrap rebar hazard
TransAlta plans to use its Ghost Dam to lower the water level in the Bow River through Calgary on Tuesday to give firefighters better access to partially submerged scrap rebar that has been snagging and puncturing recreational rafts.
