FS: Needs a new transmission - 2004 Toyota Matrix XR Hatchback

Full disclosure: the transmission needs to be replaced. It has been diagnosed by a local transmission shop. We were able to get it to/from the shop but it keeps kicking out of gear. Car is not ...
