Bell Is the iPhone 5 unlocked prior to inserting the SIM card for the first time?
I remember reading that an earlier version of the iPhone was unlocked in the box and then locked once it was turned on and detected a SIM card for the first time. Is this still true? My brother has an iPhone 5 in an unopened box from Bell and would like to switch to Telus. Can he use this iPhone...
