Bell What is the hours for the Bell Unlock Dept.?

Hi Does anyone know the hours of the Bell unlock dept.? looks like tech support won't do iPhone unlock for me... after they transferred me i only hear "Due to technical difficulty, we are unable to take your call, please call back later"
