Default Environment Commissioner flags inspection failings at Canadian nuclear power plants
Federal Environment Commissioner Julie Gelfand's fall 2016 report issued an urgent call to the country’s nuclear regulator to tighten up inspections. She is holding a news conference at 11:30 a.m. ET and CBCNews.ca will carry it live.
