Bell Samsung dual sim Bell & Wind

Greetings, Getting tired of the Bell data charges so I was hoping to supplement my data by using wind. I was wondering if it is possible to use the dual sim feature of the Samsung S7 to use a Bell and a Wind sim?That way I can switch between data between both. Is that feasible? thanks...
