Dropped calls since Carrier update 24.1

I have noticed since June when Telus released it's 24.1 carrier update that when I updated both mine and my wife's iPhone that approx 20% of the incoming calls when we answer automatically end and the caller goes directly to voicemail. We reset our network settings, wiped phones and started new...
