Does rogers block imei's ( bankruptcy )?
Hi, Got a interesting question for some experts out there. I've been offered a few phones at a nice price from a family that is declaring bankruptcy. I know rogers does not block imei's from peoples stolen ( police reports, etc ) phones unless stolen from a store. Even the skid of bb's(...
