No VPN Access Since iOS 10.2 / Carrier Update 27.1

Since updating my iPhone 7 to iOS 10.2 and carrier update 27.1, my VPN no longer works. I tested it on my old iPhone 5S, which is on 10.1.1, and it worked. Is anybody else seeing this?
