HSPA One or two networks...

This morning (8:30), our two phones (Bell postpaid, Telus prepaid) didn't work (no outgoing calls possible, incoming redirected to vm) - even with a excellent signal. Had to go to "airplane" mode and back to get them to work. They are supposed to have two networks, only sharing the tower...
