Personal Hotspot iOS 10.2.1

I just noticed after updating to iOS 10.2.1 that Personal Hotspot doesn't work anymore. It has a option to turn on Personal Hotspot but when I click on it it says to enable contact Telus. Has anyone else noticed that after updating? Just wondering before I contact Telus. EDIT: nevermind. After...
