LTE advanced not working where it should be

I'm in Winnipeg. I made a post on here a few months back because my LG g5 was not getting LTE advanced. The store sales rep confirmed he wasn't getting it either. I purchased a Moto Z today from Bell thinking there would be no issue with all the bands it supports and everything but it isn't...
