One X+ not holding LTE signal

I bought the One X+ on Friday and have noticed that it has trouble holding an LTE signal here in Vancouver. Probably 95% of the time it is on "4G." I spoke with Tecnical Support and the guy told me this is normal, that the phone will take the strongest signal, not the best signal and there is no...
