Default Ethernet from second coaxial outlet

We recently cancelled our TELUS TV as we never watch TV and wanted to save money. However, we've been using our TELUS set top box to output Ethernet to our smart TV/Xbox One (I know TELUS doesn't condone doing this but we've never had any issues). Since cancelled the TV, we're supposed to send our set top boxes back to TELUS, which leaves us with using wifi for our TV which just isn't ideal with the amount of gaming and streaming we do. Is there a way to utilize the Ethernet from this coaxial outlet using some other device? A second modem or some kind of converter? Thanks!
