Hi Telus users and those interested:
I live in a self-contained neighbourhood that invited Telus to install fibre, and then hold a one-time "sales event" to sign up customers. Many of us signed up, and
most were given the $ 500.00 pre-paid VISA gift card, along with other incentives. I, for one, was NOT given the $ 500.00 pre-paid VISA gift card, and I now cannot get my "Direct-to-Consumer sales agent to answer my questions about the discrepancy between total gift amounts among customers. I am thinking that I have to start rattling chains further up the food chain to get this resolved. As a very ardent promoter and supporter of having Telus bring in fibre, I am really disappointed in the Telus rep who is ignoring my phone calls.
Any suggestions, or contacts 'up the chain" in Telus ?
