Corp 15 and Calling Fowarding

I have the Corp 15(Canada-Wide & USA Calling) add-on on a Unlimited talking 35 plan if i add Call Forwarding($3) to my plan and foward my number to a USA number would that give me unlimited fowarding minutes? and will i get charge any other fees like roaming, long distance etc.?
