Has my returned equipment arrived?

So this is my Fifth time calling just to ask the above question. No one seems to give me an answer and now I'm one hold for over 40 minutes. This problem where no one seems to be able to find this information for me is driving me nuts becuase your company also sent me to collections without giving me a due date on when I needed to return the equipment. So while I'm being put on hold constantly by telus another collection company is calling me 5 t times a day.

Mailed the equipment 2 weeks ago you should have it.

My credit is being affected by this mess
I would like to speak to one person who can help me instead of being put on hold again.
