Cannot play online games after upgrading to Internet 50

I just upgraded from Internet 25 to 50 two weeks ago. The tech changed the router to T3200. Since that time, my internet connection has been very bad. The connection is dropped when I played online game. I didn't have that problem before with internet 25 and the old router. The technician has come to my house twice to fix it but nothing has improved. He even changed the channel. Now 2.4G is on Channel 3 and 5G is on Channel 153. The connection sometimes drop every 3-4 minutes without playing game or streaming. I"m very frustrated. I regret I switched to Internet 50. Has anyone encountered the same issue?
