Telus Actiontec V1000H router new firmware 31.121L.19 / 31.122L.19

I was just documenting my existing setup before changing and I noticed new firmware for my V1000H was sent out about 5 days ago. It went from L.17 to L.19.

On the main page it shows as FW version 31.121L.19, but when I check the update history, it shows 31.122L.19 sent on 04/20/2017.

Does anyone know what the difference from 31.121L.17 dated May 26/16 and the new 31.121L.19?
