We keep losing signal on both internet and TV. On internet, computer keeps searching for signal. TV has message on screen that says, check connection. I also have Kasperski Anti Virus installed on my computer and it can no longer do its checks automatically I get the same message as on the TV. (check your connection)
Telus is installing Fibre Optic cable in our area (White Rock) could this be our problem? I was also wondering if could be our receiving equipment or are we just getting a weak signal and how do we correct this
