Just started this today on some channels. Very annoying and not a good way to keep customers.
People are going to get pissed and revert to internet TV boxes!

and the second question is for my friend

he just moved to Optik TV.he was watching a VOD that he ordered. But he don't see any option to have subtitle 'ON'. Does anyone know if there is any way?
