Default 'The crisis supersedes that': Police allow unsanctioned injection site in Moss Park
An unofficial "overdose prevention site" opened today around Queen and Sherbourne, staffed by harm reduction workers with anti-overdose medication at the ready. Toronto police were at the scene but allowed the site to operate.
