Default Canada being asked to give up NAFTA Chapter 19 arbitration system in renegotiation
Canada is being asked to give it away the NAFTA arbitration system, including the panels created to scrutinize dumping duties under Chapter 19 and, separately, the Chapter 11 system for companies suing governments.
