Default Xbox and the T3200m

Hi guys,
I wonder if anyone can help. I have recently upgraded to the duel band T3200m modem and 50 speed. Had the installation guy fit the new gear in my gaming room. As always my Xbox is hard wired through a small router that feeds my smart tv and Xbox. All is well. Speeds constantly over tp downloads and uploads about 14, pings are on average about 15. So I’m happy.
But then online games started to act up... my controller started to disconnect foe no reason, it’s wireless, even with full charge. Then I noticed that at times my game would freeze for a second then continue. I started to have concerns about damaged Xbox or controller. I then signed up for the Dolby Atmos special surround and bought the turtle beach wireless 700stealth headset to take full advantage. But the game stopping and audio cut outs went up drastically. After some serious research I discovered that the wireless connection between the Xbox and the controllers, and new headset, run on dual band too. So using some leaps of faith and lateral thinking I’m guessing that the shines new T3200m is over powering the signal for the controller and headset. I have moved the modem around on my den to no avail. My next path of action is to put the modem back in its original spot in another room. Not ideal but if it works awesome. I have also thought that if I could disable the 5g on the modem the Xbox could then divert to the 5g connection between it and its peripherals. Will also try using the controller wired too just to confirm my theory. The weird thing is that these stutters, if you like, only happen every now and again. They become worse when I am in a party playing a game and then a million times worse when I am playing Destiny 2.

So guys, and gals, any suggestions, any solutions, any thoughts on my diagnosis and where I am heading next.
The modem and Xbox settings are as they came outta the box I have not tweaked at all. Oh and NAT type is always open. Every other WiFi thing in the House works a treat.

Appreciate any help, words of wisdom or encouragement lol

cheers
