Traveling to the U.S. and am looking for a way to use personal hotspot?

The subject says it all. I have an unlocked iPhone 5 and will be traveling to the U.S. from Canada for about a week. I'd love to find a prepaid plan that doesn't disable personal hotspot. Is there such a plan available?
