Sportsnet One Pack - Oilers and Flames

Hi there!

I just subscribed to the Sportsnet One Pack this past Thursday to watch Oilers games, and it did work for Thursday nights game against the Blackhawks. My problem is that it didn't work for yesterdays game against Philadelphia Flyers. I couldn't get through to a rep about this on the call center as I waited over an hour and 20 minutes with no one answering (repeatedly said please wait all reps are busy at the moment etc.). Online chat has technical failure everytime I try. Now I'm here hoping someone can explain to me why it didn't work yesterday, or if it only works on specific days? Any help is appreciated =)
