So I noticed that the new price for internet phone lite is $12. Just the listed price , not a promo for new customers. I pay $30 for the same thing because I got it 6 years ago. So when prices go up, my bill goes up, but when prices go down, my bill stays up?? Same goes for tv and internet. I am not on a contract but I still have to pay the old price. I really like telus product but the billing issues and lack of customer support is slowly chipping away at my resolve to stay. Should I just cancel it all and sign up again? I can't seem to get through to phone support ( 1 hour on hold and I gave up - twice).
