Default Former Liberal senator battling CRA over $350K tax bill
The Canada Revenue Agency is taking a recently retired senator to court alleging she "refused" to answer questions and turn over documents to auditors as required, as records show she was hit with a tax bill related to $1.35 million in claimed business losses.
