Default Fuel-laden barge stranded near Bella Bella, B.C.
The vessel with 3.5 million litres of diesel and 468,000 litres of gasoline on board broke free from its tugboat Sunday afternoon. Maritime rescue officials say the barge is anchored in place 1.6 kilometres from nearby islands.
