Please Help - Very Concerned

Hey guys, so i have just ordered a nice package (internet and TV) from telus, i live in a basement suite and my landlords live above me, in the rest of the house. They already have Shaw internet and TV, If i have ordered My Telus internet/TV package, will there be any issues installing it? it will all be in my name, i am renting the basement suite so it shouldnt be an issue..
i just want to make sure their Shaw internet and TV wont be an issue for installing my Telus internet and Tv, and that they can smoothly run alongside eachother.
