can't get iPhone 6 into DFU mode
my daughter's iPhone 6 died--black screen, but she is fuzzy on the details. she lives in a different city, so I talked her through putting it into DFU mode and trying to restore. it appeared to be successful, but she got the message with the acronym I don't remember that indicates trying to...
