Anybody confused How Vancouver Is Rogers Fastest City and Not Toronto

I was with Fido and then switched to pm and now back with Fido after the $60 10gb promotion. I'm from Vancouver and when I went to pm I was really confused why they did not have coverage at most of the sky train stations I went to. I later found out Rogers/Fido were the only ones who had coverage...
