Default Port Forwarding Port 55430

Hello I am trying to Port Forward port 55430. I have my Firewall set to NAT only and disabled WAN and LAN ipv6 for testing. I set the port forward tool appropriately with a static ip address set on my computer (tested DHCP as well to no avail). I also found this article but my port doesn't fall under any of these blocks. Using sites like http://www.canyouseeme.org/ and http://www.portchecktool.com/ I discovered NONE of the ports I thought I had forwarded were open.

Can you simply not port forward at all? I'm not paying $120 for "Advanced" telus support only for them to tell me "lol sorry we don't port forward at all".

The signal chain here is Alcatel Lucent modem -> Action Tech V1000H -> Web 6000Q -> Ethernet Connection -> Computer
