On hold today for 2 two-hour stretches, with a couple of half-hour calls in between. Telus values taking our money for absolutely ZERO service in return. Their ridiculous automated message that states they know our time is valuable is PAINFUL to listen to because they obviously do NOT value their customers. Spoke with a manager, vitara who LIED and threw her technician undet the bus. You gotta have at least a basic IQ if you are going to lie... and getting paid as a so-called manager should not be equate with being a bad liar. Beyond unprofessional and of n help. Not sure if I feel worse for getting suckered into being a Telus customer or whether I feel sorrier for the poor techs that have a manager Vitatra that knows nothing and throws them under the bus.
