Default Former Harper chief of staff says too little known to dump Rick Dykstra in 2015
Stephen Harper's former chief of staff says that, with the benefit of hindsight and additional information, he wishes the Conservative party had dropped Rick Dykstra as a candidate in 2015, but that at the time there was not enough information available to make that decision.
