Bad reception in Musicroom

So I was surfing through the stations in the Musicroom App on Optik TV. One thing I noticed is the quality of the audio varies significantly between stations. Some stations come in crystal clear while other stations have snowy noise in the signal. The worst quality I’ve heard of them is TEAM 1410, which pretty much sounds like an AM radio that’s not tuned into any station. How can the quality be this terrible through Optik TV?
