How to dispose of shingles?

My house is under renovation. As most of the shingles are broken, I'm planning to replace the broken shingles with new ones. As there is no enough space to dispose of the broken shingles, I'm really in a troubled state.

Last day, I happened to see an article on 3 eco-friendly ways to dispose of shingles. The article says that there are organizations that accept reusable shingles. These organizations donate those shingles to low-income families. Are there such companies in Calgary? Anyways I'm planning for disposal bin rental to dispose of all the broken shingles. If you guys can recommend companies that accept these shingles, I can give them the shingles.
