Post Colorado communities launch lawsuit against Suncor, Exxon claiming climate change damages
Three Colorado communities have filed a lawsuit demanding that Calgary-based Suncor Energy Inc. and U.S. giant Exxon Mobil Corp. "pay their fair share" of costs associated with climate change.
