Default Toddler found dead in Quebec City had been stabbed, police confirm
Police are asking residents whose garbage bins have gone missing to contact 911 as part of their investigation into the death of two-year-old Rosalie Gagnon on Wednesday. An autopsy has confirmed she died of stab wounds.
