Call forwarding not included in LD add-ons?

I have the Call North America $15 add-on and I'm getting dinged $.35 per minute for forwarding calls to my GV number. Thank you, Telus. Anyone know whether this is the case for all LD add-ons? It's confusing, because I know at least one person who forwarded to GV and wasn't charged; maybe when...
