Post Fecal coliform warning remains on Calgary's Elbow River 2 years later, with no end in sight
Alberta Health Services says recreational users of Calgary's Elbow River between Sandy Beach and Inglewood should exercise caution because of elevated levels of fecal coliforms. But when did the agency say that? More than two years ago.
