Peter Donat, who played Agent Fox Mulder's father on â??The X-Filesâ?? and acted in two Francis Ford Coppola films, died Monday at his home in Point Reyes, Calif. He was 90. His wife, Maria, told the New York Times the cause was complications of diabetes.
